This orchid grows in conjunction with the Arachnorchis oenochila, but is quite distinct from it.  It's different so the experts say and that's good enough for me.

Details (Vic):

Flowering:  Flowering September - October.

Size: Up to 35cm tall,  flowers -  usually 1or 2, to 60mm across

Location:  Dry foothill forest, with herb rich under story.

Endemic, Rare.
