Pine Lake Walk |
Travelling through the central plateau area we saw the sign for the Pine Lake Walk. Having driven for a while we decided to stop and stretch our legs and have a break. It was cold and overcast but we did not expect rain. At the start of the walk it was obvious that it would be on boardwalks all the way there and of course back. The main feature were the local endemic pine trees which strangely belong to the same genus as the giant trees of California, the Sequoia. |
