Photographed at Island Point on 17 September 2012. This spider orchid has been split off from the Caladenia speciosa for a couple of years and has been called the Cal. sp 'Island Point'. It is being described and has a manuscript name of 'swartsiorum'. When we first saw this orchid it was said to be a coloured variation of Cal speciosa and was noted as such. |
